This Week's Tally: 25.1 + CT

That's what I'm talking about... a productive week! 

An 8 miler on Saturday + a Half Marathon on Sunday + 2 Homework days AND some spin.

Legs are a little tired today but I've got to gear up for Fontana Half tomorrow... so a much needed "Day Off" today as we roadtrip it inland!

One thing I do need to work on is my core.  Took up my old Pilate's class yesterday and could barely handle 25 minutes of it!  YIKES!
